Albuquerque Pagan Pride Day!!

September 30th was our annual Pagan Pride Day. I went late and left early cause I had a sick kiddo at home and didn't want to leave her alone that long with grandma, especially since she was starting to feel under the weather as well. But we had a great time and it has gotten so huge. I remember the very first one. It took up one corner of the park. No stage, kids corner, altar set up in the middle and maybe like 6-7 vendors. Now there were two stages one at each end of the park, took up the entire space of the park, nurses station, bathrooms, kids corner like always, petting zoo, and like 20 vendors. And food too!!!!! It's so neat to see how it's grown in the last 5 years. Love and Light to all my tree loving friends out there.......................

Hey folks sorry I haven't blogged in a bit. I've been very sick and my family decided to get sick as well. But everyone is better and I"m still working through my health issues. Any-who just wanted to stop in say hello and ask to check out my YouTube Channel. Trying to get on my feet...

Oh boy this last six months have been chaos with my health. In and out of the ER, clinics, doctor offices, etc....yup my health has not been at 100 percent. I'm okay as of right now, just needing to have some tests done and I'm sure everything will turn out fine but it's a hard thing to stay happy, positive and spiritual while going through a health mess. It mess' with your brain. 


But this past new moon fell at the same time as the meteor shower. So very quietly my hubby and I got some blankets along with some hot tea and sneaked outside to watch the show. It was a beautiful show. We even might have seen a possible UFO. All I know is we could not figure out what it was flying around up there. Any who that was exactly what I needed to get back on my feet and try to feel better.

I'm going to attempt to go back to my zumba and yoga classes and start getting ready for BELTANE!!! I'm so excited for this year's celebration. My whole family is going and we will be camping out all weekend long. Hopefully my youngest and my teen will not kill each other, lol.

Not a good or funny April Fools Day today....

Electric Cigarette Explodes in Fla. Man's Face - ABC News

I found this article because this happened today to my oldest daughter's father. He had his bottom teeth knocked out, the roof of his mouth was fractured and has a hole in it, eye damage from the fire when it exploded, burns on his lips, face, side of his torso, and arms from the explosion. The bed he was in even caught on fire when the cigarette exploded, a piece of it hit the wall and made a hole through it! The liquid the poured out was so hot it even burned his girlfriend who was asleep next to him and she as well has to be treated for burns. He is now in the ER still. He has been there since last night and will be there for awhile. He will have to have several surgeries before he will ever be back to normal. This is going to be a long and hard recovery and lawsuit!!!!

Please pass this along to warn others of this danger. I know there are a lot of folks out there that use these things.
